Honestly would recommend this location to anyone! The workers were so friendly and helpful especially Manikanta, gave such good customer service !

Great place to get good quality grilled cheese. Their bread, cheese, customizations and overall presentation of the grilled cheese are great. Would suggest going on Tuesdays as they have the 3 classic deal. Each table also had a decent bottle of hot sauce on it.

Thraun was amazing! Super friendly, fast, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. He went above and beyond — easily the best service I’ve ever had at a fast food place. Give this guy a raise!

AMAZING! Best sandwich place I've ever been too, lots of options even for dietary restrictions, amazing customer service, very friendly, foo is delicious! I recommend the tattooed chicken club! Great atmosphere, fun music, 5 stars isn't enough!

I absolutely LOVE Meltwich. I've only tried the one in Mississauga. So when I saw that they opened one in Waterloo....I had to go. And boy was I glad I did. I met Howie who was absolutely fantastic. As I was overwhelmed with excitement with my choice selection, he was patient and took the time to recommend me items based on my current mood. Hungry!!! I got the big melt burger and a poutine even though I went for a Meltwich. Tyson made my food and it was PERFECTION!! Both gentlemen made my experience so great and not only will I go back. But I've already told everyone who would listen about how good the food and service was. Highly recommend.
